Hello,
From NetBeans IDE 6.5.1 in tabs Services I expand Servers y choose "Apache Tomcat 6.0.18". After I clic on "View Admin Console" I view in my navigator a error message that it can´t connect localhost:8084.
It doesn´t appear the console to admin tomcat.
