netbeans autodeployment

Hi!

I'm using Netbeans for Glassfish development, the project is a regular
EAR+EJB+WAR one.
For all these three "Deploy on Save" is enabled, however, the project
does not get redeployed.
(only when I press Deploy or Run).

What could be a possible cause of this? How to look "under the hoods" to
see why this feature is failing?
