network can't work in my board

I have got the mpc8313RDB.
Using the BSP,I updated the u-boot to u-boot 1.3.0 and the kernel to Linux-2.6.23.
And then restarted,everything went well.
But once I plugged in the copper,when there were packets,I couldn't input anything.

Now I don't know what's wrong and how to correct it.
Can anyone help me?
