newbie question : viewer not viewing

Hi,

I have just installed the software.
Server is on Windows Vista and the Viewer is on Windows XP.
I start the Server on the Vista box manually, I connect to it with the Viewer no problem.
On the Viewer, I get no update of my actions, but the actions are being seen on the Server.

I'd like to see my actions in the Viewer as well?

Any help would be appreciated.
- Glenn

Does setting "Poll full screen" in the TightVNC Server's Properties fix
the problem?

Also, it might be a good idea to try installing the DFMirage mirror
display driver:
