newline not working on html quoting in 0.8.1

I know someone has posted this before, and they didn't get any response, so I'll try.

When the newline code is used (%n), it fails to output a newline in the quote.  This only happens for HTML quoting (the third radiobutton), on the other two selections it works fine.

It's a little bit annoying because I deal with a lot of HTML messages.

Is this just a Linux issue? because I hear it works fine on Windows?
