nice icons

Here is some proof-of-concept SVG icon with the required pixel-perfect sizes (hopefully). The native size of the main SVG icon is 48x48.
I only did the shopping cart icon to see if you folks like it, and to get comments before I try doing other icons (in order to fix the previously mentioned bug because of weird icon sizes in toolbars and menus).

In theory, to benefit from them, gourmet should install them to the hicolor icon theme so that they scale nicely. See: http://blogs.gnome.org/view/calum/2006/11/28/0

However, that means you would need to do this, after using setup.py:
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor

And I'm not sure how that is done with Windows too. Anyhow, wanted to let you know :)
