nmap on Vista

Hi,

 

I am executing nmap on two Windows Vista Ultimate machines.  I have
installed latest nmap-4.20 and winpcap 4.0 beta 3. On one vista system,
nmap works fine. On the other, I get the following error. Some of the
solutions on the internet suggested installing winpcap from Winpcap.org
and I did that. The behavior is still the same. Could some one please
let me know if anyone has this problem resolved?
