Basic mode
Only LPAR mode is available.
...
That's why I was 'surprised' when MVS 3.8J IPLed from CPU 00. While ZZSA was also running on CPU 03. Maybe CPU 00 is a pseudo-Basic mode while maintaining the integrity of the rest of the LPAR?
