no batteries in Ultra 5/10's?

I recently resurrected an older Pentium III, replacing the 3V battery on the
motherboard because the clock couldn't keep time from one session to the
next.

I then recalled that I never saw batteries on Ultra 5/10 motherboards.  How
then is time been maintained?

The RTC chip has a lithium battery inside.
