no nightly build todayHi,
I'm currently replacing the harddrive on the server that's usually building and uploading the nightly builds. Since that will take me a while to finish (OS reinstall, installing VS2008, all build tools, ...) there won't be a nightly build this night. I will also change the frequency of the nightly builds a little bit: * msi installer every night * Language packs every other night or maybe just twice a week * building the docs (which get included in the language packs) once a week I hope this won't be too much of an inconvenience for you. But I don't see a reason for building the language parts every night since those change not that frequently. Will they remain available until the next nightly build of the language packs? The timestamps indicate that the current build takes a bit longer than mentioned in the readme of the /Latest/ folder: The update and build starts at 2300GMT and the upload starts as soon as the build is complete, so should normally be completed by 0000GMT. The tortoisesvn.net server shows timestamps in central european time (GMT+1). The latest timestamp in that folder is from the 64-bit msi: 08-Nov-2009 06:22 -- Regards, Jean-Marc -- . ___ . @@ // \\ "De Chelonian Mobile" . That way there will always be a full build and the small builds available. > The timestamps indicate that the current build takes a bit longer than > mentioned in the readme of the /Latest/ folder: > > The update and build starts at 2300GMT and the upload starts as soon as > the build is complete, so should normally be completed by 0000GMT. Now that was a long long time ago. Even the small build takes more than an hour. And the full build can take around 4 hours (or more, depending on the build machine). And the x64 build is now started at 6 am (5 GMT) so the full win32 build is really finished before the x64 build starts. I'll update the readme file...
