nominating issue 103611 as 3.2-blocker

Hi,

Issue 103611 ("transparent form controls do not paint their texts, if
OOo uses desktop theming") is a regression since OOo 3.1.1, and
describes repaint problems with form controls.

I'd like to get that fixed for the 3.2 release. Thanks for your
consideration.
