nominating issue 106263 as 3.2-blocker

Hi,

Issue 106263 describes a crash when working with with currency values in
database forms, happening in the Mac version only. While this is not a
regression (the scenario also crashs in OOo 3.1, too), it certainly is
an annoyance. Also, the fix is trivial (working around a compiler
issue), so we should IMO include it in 3.2.
