Hi,
Synfig (2D vector animation, Gtkmm as well) team has just released
0.62.00 with basic SVG 1.0 import. However they have problems building
Windows version, e.g. localization support is disabled for some
reason.
Could anybody please help them with NSIS and the rest of the
