I sent one in last week (got banned for messing up my uploading last week >_>) and I've yet to be unbanned... Strategy is buying a bottle of fine wine when you take a lady out for dinner. Tactics is getting her to drink it.

First, Matrix, I suggest you ask at the BetaDrome, as that's where I am, not here. Anyways, as the others said, send in a ticket. I suggest just making a new one each day, as some of the staff members are more helpful than others. For the first three or so times I tried, I just got those bland auto-responses back. But yesterday, this guy replied back to me right away, un-banned me, and told me to message him and he'll help me out with any of my problems right away. I guess it's just the luck of the draw at this point, >_<...

In my case, no, as I guess my argument was convincing enough that I wasn't stealing codes, just that the system was taking multiple tries to put each individual one in, which was the truth. Plus, I'd only had about 18 cards left from my box, so I'd guess they could tell from how many cards I had that I was telling the truth.
