PLAY & JOY

Don't Take Life Too Seriously!

"Take heart, truth and happiness will get you in the end. You can't lose in this game. Have Fun. It goes on too long to be taken seriously all the time." by John & Lyn St. Clair Thomas & Steve Shackel, Eyes of the Beholder

"Do not take life's experiences too seriously. Above all, do not let them hurt you, for in reality they are nothing but dream experiences..."
by: Paramahansa Yogananda

All great Masters teach us that each life should be filled with joy. Not joy based on the circumstances, but the joy from God that passes all understanding. One of my favorite people is the Dalai Lama. He has been through some of the worst circumstances anyone could imagine, but when you see him he is smiling and filled with joy. Too often, we take our lives to be so very serious and never lighten up.

Our goal is en-lighten-ment,
and joy is a large part of it.

When we truly learn detachment ...
we have joy in our lives.
What if you really couldn't
lose the game of life?

What would you do then?

What would you change?

How would you feel?

The truth is, there are no winners
or losers in this game of life.
No mistakes only lessons.

Do something fun today!

Play outside, be in nature, go to a movie,
tell a joke, do something nice for someone else,
or anything else that brings you joy.

So Lighten Up! Enjoy!

Making Light of One's own "boo boos" (so to speak) is healthy!
True in can be infuriating at first, but step back and look at the situation, sometimes there is a funny "aspect" to it-
of course I am talking about everyday happenings- the simple fustrations-
**There are some "difficult" times that many of us go through, which have no "humor" what-so-ever!
But finding the "fun" things in life, the little mistakes, the casual "embarassing moment", a funny "slip of the tongue"... (etc) can make the real BIG ones a bit more bearable...

Life need Not be All That Serious All The Time! =)

What do YOU think?

I AM LIGHT

YES!!! We do take life 'too seriously' and I don't believe our lives were intended to be such a struggle day-in-day-out. But we humans tend to muddle up the pool and then when we are trying to see our reflection it's all mucky, yucky. When we lighten our struggles, look at ourselves, we see the muck we've gotten ourselves into and laugh with joy and giggle till the tears come out and wash the muck off our faces and cleanse our soul and then we can see the "true self". Enjoyed this one Ria.  Blessings of love and light to you my dear.

My dad... (rest his soul) use to always tell me
NOT TO BORROW WORRIES

To take each one- one at a time. As they come- remembering that NOTHING has Ever BEEN accomplished, without taking a day to rest and rejoice.
Even the Creator Took Time Out To rest, smile, and play with his new little creations.
So should we.

Yep I get caught up myself MANY times in day in- day out 'caca'...
that's when I resort to silliness and let my "fantasy" (crazy) imagination play-
and OUT LOUD (may I add) LOL!

It IS fun to laugh at oneself-- especially after a "dark storm"... those moments that You cannot even see your reflection in the Muck- as you lighten up, and release, the waters flow - and slowly your reflection once more shines - all crisp, clean, and new... and you can see your OWN BIG SMILE

Life is a struggle-- so one must Struggle To laugh every so often too --- after a while- it is no longer a struggle, just a way to live.

Life surely has no guarantees...
But a BIG BUTT SMILE

Will Surely Guanrantee One In Return!

and then ...
there is always the RX method:

and end uo LOOKING like This:

r I a
I AM LIGHT
