or1ksim hardfloat extension

I've worked on extending the single precision hardfloat instructions in the or1ksim project.
I uploaded the patches and simple README document in
https://webfiles.uci.edu/jyang12/hardfloat-patch/ .
Feel free to test and use it. I'd appreciate if you could give me a feedback.

Hi JungSook,

Thanks for the updated version. I'll look at in the next 1-2 days. I've
suggested this should become the new development version of Or1ksim,
0.3.1.
