org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient release schedule for v4.0.1

Hello,

Is there set date for the org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient v4.0.1
release. I would like to use the httpclient library in a project but
it won't compile due to:

This issue is not severe enough to warrant an emergency release. One can
work the problem around by adding jcip-annotations.jar to the class path.

The next release is likely to be 4.1-alpha1
