osplugin segfault and general status of 0.22 branch

Hi,

I've been using opensync in the past, but I am now discovering that the 0.22 branch on jaunty will not let me syncronize contacts due to a segfault in osplugin (in irmc-sync, actually).

Does anybody know if this bug is known or maybe fixed?
If so, where can fixed code be downloaded? The tarballs I am finding appear to be dated 2007.

Also can you please provide some information about the 0.22 - 0.3x relationship?

Website says not to use 0.3x (for which there does not seem to be an irmc plugin anyway).
However 0.22 seems unmantained since 2007 (at least from the tarball dates) and at least for me it seems not to work anymore.  Given that 0.22 msynctool do not seem to have a dryrun option, the recent segfault is really scarying me with regards to new attemps.

Sergio
