over aggressive linking in ruby server (any server) console

I've noticed that in 6.7 the ruby highlighters are over aggressively
binding links to non-linking lines (any server, certainly WEBrick and
GlassFish Gem, haven't checked mongrel but I'm sure it's affected too).

Is there a bug filed on this?  Anyone working on it?  (If not, I'm going
to fix it.)
