pHygEGFP or pNeoEGFP

Hi,
does anybody has a good or bad experience with any of these plasmids
expressing fusion proteins between EGFP and Neo or Hyg resistance.
Are both markers well expressed, in what cell lines, any toxicity...
I'm interested in using them in Jurkat cells after cloning the fusion
protein into a retroviral vector, under the control of the retroviral
promoter. Thanks in advance,
