pager oddness only in Firefox Windows XP/7

Hi,

I've uploaded a demo page here where you can see the problem:

http://www.zanters.com/demo/pager/

The thing is, on Firefox on Mac, the scrolling looks fine, but on Firefox on Windows, it slides and also... vibrates?

Works fine on IE 8 and Safari.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

I am also seeing problems with Firefox on Windows. I have seen the tabs change slowly, the ExpandoPane refreshes slow, and I have also seen the vibration while moving popup boxes. Are these known issues? How can they be fixed?
