partial least squares

Hi,
I downloaded the partial least squares module from Developer
central but do not understand which version of SPSS you need. The text says

This module provides a general Partial Least Squares extension
procedure for SPSS 17 for Windows.

and the table entry below the text says:
minimum product requirement: SPSS 13.0
Which is the good info ?
