pathan version

[Fabrice Desré - France Telecom DR&D/MAPS/AMS]

  I noticed that the pathan library bundled with dbxml is significantly
different from the one available here :
http://software.decisionsoft.com/pathanIntro.html

Where can we submit bug reports/RFE ? Or get guidelines to provide patches ?
