paypal processor for getpaid.paymentprocessors

Hello,

I just commited paypal processor for getpaid.paymentprocessors which provides selection page for multiple payment processors.
This can be checked out from the next branch:

https://getpaid.googlecode.com/svn/getpaid.paypal/branches/multipayment/

I have only tested this with getpaid.paymentprocessors (multiprocessor), but this should work without it.
If you use getpaid.paypal package for your project, please test this branch for future use.

If you find bugs related to this, please inform me, or fix it for everybody! :)

I'm glad someone is taking the paypal code forward - I've not had time to mess
with it, and I knew it was rough.
