Hi,
Thanks for the last answer on receipts. One more question in payroll. I am getting the error message "0 earnings for 'arunkumar' ". I have created the pay schedules, paystubs, pay periods and staff. Can you please help me to remove the error.

Thanks and Regards,
Arunkumar

That's not really an error, just warning you that arunkumar didn't
earn anything in the pay period, and may indicate a problem.
How does arunkumar earn his money, wage or salary?  If arunkumar earns
wages, make sure that the timesheet has a category for hours worked,
and he has some time entered for the pay period.   If he earns a fixed
salary, then I've got a problem.

OK, what are the settings for the pay stub entry type, and for his pay
(set in HR)?

There looks like something wrong with your permissions.
Your pay type is blank, and you can't change it.
Try a different employee, or playing with permissions.
