pdfcairo: arrows in test

pdfcairo: arrows in test

I've noticed that in

        set term pdfcairo
        set out 'x.pdf'
        test
        set out

the "west" arrow misses its line (xpdf, acroread), see the screenshot. The
output by means of pngcairo is correct.

I see the same thing.
But the same driver code is used for both pngcairo and pdfcairo, so where
does that leave us?
