Is there a way to make a permission slip from Pack Master?

Brenda,

While you have PM opened, go to the Activity date that you're wanting to produce a permission slip for. Open up that activity. At the bottom right where you see Tour Permits, Schedule E-Mail Reminders, there's also a button for Permission Slips.

You're very welcome. That is why we're here.

Those of us that use it so often know some of these little bells and whistles.

I'm STILL learning some of it myself, and I've been using TM since it was New back when it first came out.

Have just started using PM and knew that was a feature that was offered in both since using TM.

You'd be suprised what all that little piece of software can do. Just get in there and play with all the reports and other bells and whistles, you'll be amazed.

Good luck!!

Ken,
So how do I use "clip art" to make the cards?
I had computer issues, and had to reinstall the program on a different computer, but now have difficulty printing the award cards.
I know that the boy's like getting them each month.
I even made them all folders with the plastic protectors to get their cards to keep.

Hey Brenda,

Friday, June 5, 2009, 5:06:41 PM, you wrote:

You can set up or change which images are used by going to:
Reports
  Awards/Advancement
    Pack/Den Awards w/ 4403

Then hear the bottom left there is a button that says "Award Card
Settings". You check the box next to the one you want to work with and
if it does not have an image associated with it, it pops up a pick
window to choose one.

One thing I did was un-check the Silver Arrow points so PM doesn't
print a card for them. My boys were getting a huge amount of electives
(for example, I have 26 boys and would have printed about 40 cards!).
I am glad they are having so much fun (and an adult is thinking to
mark them down!), but sure wish PM had an option to print 1 silver
card with the number of badges the Scout earned...
