phyCORE-MPC565 FREE SOFTWARE

Hi,
I have phyCORE-MPC565 board. I am totally fresh about using this
board. I want to do some programming on it using FREE software. The
only one I’ve found is http://www.macraigor.com/full_gnu.htm I am
after installation of this software. What is the next step to program
this device? Do I need special hardware interface to program it?
