pmx update

The package for the pmx pre-processor for musixtex has recently been
upgraded. But the corresponding pmx binary (miktex-pmx-bin) was not
upgraded at the same time.

P.S. I have a vague recollection that when this happened before I was
instructed to run the update wizard; but when I try to do that, I get
just the message

The Update helper could not be found.
