Hi,

I am getting the same error message (have DBD-Mysql 4.0.5 and DBI 1.58).
Could you explain how you fixed this?

Thank you,

Yann

well, I noticed that I had the same problem when I was running perl
checksetup.pl (when it was converting tables from 2.20 to 3.01 version) so
this is how I was able to fix it.

I uninstalled my active state and deleted my Perl directory. then installed
Active state 5.88 and installed latest Perl modules and run the perl
checksetup.pl  this time I didn't have any errors. you need to roll back to
the version of your DB before upgrading.

well, this worked for me.  hope this helps.

Sima
