pretty-printing CamelCase links?

I thought there was a preference for JSPWiki to display CamelCase links with
spaces inserted. Does this exist, or am I imagining it?

Only page titles.  The links themselves are not changed. (Though  
you're encouraged to use the [page name] form rather than PageName).
