problem in radius

hi! sorry if this already been ask.. i am not good in radius thingy..

could you help on this.. i am having problems with our radius server.

1. the radius accounting suddenly expire all clients even though it
was just recently activated.

2. users who normally disconnect are still in the database as 'Active'
which is supposedly 'Idle' already.

2. i have a lot of stuckusers which can be seen thru radwho. i tried
to used radkill but it doesn't go away. how can i remove those users
that are not login anymore.

am using radiusd-cistron-pg-1.6.6-2 in Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla)
