SmartCVS does not change the case of text in files. You surely will have the
same issue when using a different CVS client. If you like, you can enable
connection logging (Preferences) and see what SmartCVS is sending to the
server and receiving from the server. The connection log files will be
created in <settings-directory>/connection-logs/.
