problem with latest preview built on Mac OS X 10.5.7

Hi there,

I just tried the latest preview build installer jar
(eXist-setup-1.3.0dev-rev9184.jar), but could not get it to work.  During
the installation process, after I entered the admin password, there is a
stacktrace in the installer window box, apparently a problem when starting
the embedded instance of exist.

Next thing I tried was to run startup.sh, but even after emptying the data
directory from *.lck and *.dbx files the database can not start, it hangs
after the following:

  /Applications/eXist % sh bin/startup.sh

Using locale: .UTF-8

Strange, I created the jar file on MacOsX 10.5.7 and I am pretty sure the jar worked for me..... I'll re-check tonight CET, ok?

Did you upgrade to the latest Java version released a few weeks ago?

Fine.  There is no hurry, I just wanted to make you aware of the problem.

Yes I did and it sent a few things belly-up.  Do you think this might be
the cause?
