problemas de squirrelmail

ven este es el problema que sale cuando trato de enviar un email fuera de a
red es decir fuera de los user q estan creados en el server

Falló la transacción
Respuesta del servidor: 554 <nelmaster_vc@...>: Relay access denied

por q sale esto
por fa necesita q me ayuden
