problems with NB 6.7 RC1 switching from jruby 1.3.0 => jruby 1.3.1

in the Ruby Platform Manager I've set the following:



GEM_HOME=c:\rubygems

GEM_PATH=c:\jruby-1.3.1\lib\ruby\gems\1.8\gems:c:\rubygems



its the same I did for 1.3.0
