I'm working on a mini-projection mapping project for halloween.  Any advice from you guys?  Tips?  Tricks?  I'de like to go up there  sometime soon and test what I have prepared already.

This video was awesome!  The sound was superb and bazaar and some of
the video styles were totally fresh to me - the lightning strike, neon
signs, rain, building sonification, and character animations - all raw
and unforgiving.  This type of display will become a new medium for
theater, motion picture, and even opera.  Also, major museums and
galleries will start "touring" what they have inside... without having
to go inside. ;)

Hey Stephen, is it possible to use your light scanning technology to
capture the elevations of the facade of a building?  If so, we should
develop a real-time solution with basic effects such as rain, sun/
shadow manipulation, surface extrusion, etc.  All of these effects
could be controlled in real time with a mouse or joystick.  This
consumer-level package would make it easy for smaller businesses to
have amazing light shows of their own without needing graphic
designers and programmers to render site-specific media.  I predict a
demand for specialized "projection teams" to handle building
calibration and equipment setup... kind of like digital fire-dancers.
I can imagine how expensive those projectors are.

Thanks for the link, please keep them coming,

Tyler
