Guys,
I have a support request where a guy is indicating that pthreads under cygwin
on Windows doesn't allow the system scope to be set on a thread attribute.
During the last release, I had no access to multicore Windows, and thus
have never tried threading on that most frustrating of platforms.
I know a lot of you guys use windows. Did you get threading to work, and if
so, what were the tricks? Any help you give this guy will help me when I
find time to work on windows again (I have multicore machines that can boot
into windows now).
The support request is at:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2025864&group_id=23725&atid=379483if you want to talk to the guy directly . . .
Thanks,
Clint
