pwgl-switch issue

Hello,
there seems to be a problem with pwgl-switch.
If invoked by double-clicking the screen and typing its name, it comes up as an empty object.
It works as expected when browsed through the object's menu [right-click->Control->pwgl-switch]

I am new to the list. Thanks for this amazing and very much needed language!

Has someone already made patches with the current OSC code or  
implemented another OSC system ?
I'm looking for some example patch that waits for any OSC message  
before evaluation.
