python-cloudfiles review request

Hi all,

Before I s/UNRELEASED/unstable/ the python-cloudfiles package, I would
enjoy some extra eyes and scrutiny, since this is a NEW package and I'm
relatively new to packaging.

A checkout and uscan --force-download should work fine, so I did not
push source up to mentors.d.n or elsewhere, but if someone would like me
to, I'd be happy to do so.

Feel free to let me know any feedback you might have on- or off-list.
