Hello,
I am having problem in expressing GST fusion protein. The GST alone is
expressed fine, but the fusion protein is not. After trying different
temp. [37 c, room temp.], and different IPTG concentrations [ 1mM,
5mM] there is no detectable expression of fusion protein.
I am using pGex2T K and BL21.
Can you help me with this?
