re jrun compile issues

I have run into the same problem. After installing updater 7 and compiling jsp's on the fly, errors no longer display, the class file is updated but it is still the old version. In other words if there is are errors compiling a jsp, Jrun doesn't tell you anything and goes ahead and uses the previous version of the jsp. This makes development almost impossible. Is there some way to turn this back on.

Regards,

Joe

I have exactly the same issue. Did you get this resolved? the only way i resolved this was by writing perfect JSP. Not a particularly great fix.

best

I have the exact same problem. Did you get a resolution on this?

Only thing I can do is write perfect code. Not particularly a great solution.

This may be an existing bug that has already been hot fixed.  You can email me and I will send the hot fix.  If this is indeed your issue I will publish it in a technote.
