re. soap nuts

Jodi asked me to post something on here about them because I use them. Sorry it's been a few days. Been unwell. Anyhow.

I used them because they are small and compact mainly. Ideal for travelling or when you live in 'junkie towers' and the washing machine is on the ground floor!  They are also relatively eco friendly and whilst they don't get things whiter than white they are okay. As good as ecover etc and cheap. (I'm still on my first £4 bag 8 months after I got them!)

Though there maybe others. Believe you can use an old sock to put them in if you haven't got anything else.

For stubborn stains I use ecover bleach on top but not often do I need to use that. It gets the remains of dinner out fine (I'm a messy eater )

But I know if you order a sample from In a soap nut shell they take ages to come!
