rebuild totem-pl-parser

Hey there,

We're holding uploads of totem-pl-parser because of ongoing transitions,
but it is currently uninstallable in unstable, which is causing some
builds to fail on the build daemons. A rebuild should be enough to
remedy the situation:

If you have an upload pending, a sourceful upload is appropriate at this
stage. If you still prefer the Bin-NMUs, please reply to this mail and I
will schedule them.

I think you’ll prefer that we don’t upload the totem-pl-parser package
we have ready, since it’s another transition…

Meh, apparently I can’t use a database. Will schedule Bin-NMUs in a bit,
with the rest of the e-d-s lot.
