rebuild_zebra.pl message

After running a rebuild_zebra.pl –b I get the following warning message:

zebraidx: /home/adam/debian/build-idzebra-1.3.50-1/idzebra-1.3.50/index/extract.c:1329: extract_flushRecordKeys: Assertion `off == reckeys->buf_used' failed.

16:58:39-30/06 zebraidx(17262) [warn] previous transaction didn't reach commit

Are these messages something I should be worried about?
