recumend good mixing head phones.

hey everyone.
im in need of some good sub 200dollar head phones that i can mix with. ill
mostly be mixing electronic music, and  i write music with logic express on
a imac.

Yeah man I'd go for the one eared stanton's, I never ever have both on during a set so I don't see the point in going for a normal set. Plus you'll only get tinnitus in one ear in the year 2030.

I think he means to use the headphones for mixing down tracks, not DJ  
mixing records.  Leaving the "don't mix/master with headphones"  
argument alone, I don't have any suggested brands/models, but I think  
you want what are referred to as "Reference Headphones."

sony mdr v600. You can get them for under $80. clean, flat sound. Plus they
are lightweight and comfortable to wear for hours.
