recursive includes

Hi,

a segmentation fault occurs if there is a recursive include even if all
include files are instrumented with:

#ifndef foo.h
#define foo.h
[...]
#endif

OS: Windows XP Pro
Shell: Bash (Cygwin)
Call: cflow --cpp file.c

Errormessage:
      14 [main] cflow 3420 _cygtls::handle_exceptions: Error while
dumping state (probably corrupted stack)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
