red5 webcam recordings lags

Hello all,

I have following problem general problem of our Red5 Server. We like  
to do a webcam recording, which works but the recording has big lags  
when played on our website in a flashplayer

I know its probably not enough description but please let me know what  
information you need.

In general Im hoping to find the general direction we have to research  
e.g if this is to be configure in the recording flashfile or in the  
red5 properties and which is the property to control the quality of  
the files etc.

Also does anyone know of good professionals that could help us with  
this problem (for payment)
