Wow, besides there not being enough information here to answer your
question, it appears to be way off topic. To guess I would say you need
to set up Thunderbird to use POP3 from Triton. Their mail server
appears to be mail.triton.net for incoming and outgoing. In
Thunderbird, it's Tools/Account Settings/Add Account/Email Account then
fill out your info.
