redirect the original message of a multiple forwarded email

Hi,

I frequently receive email messages forwarded by many other people. I want to
archive the original message in Thunderbird, but without the useless forward
header data.

I am able to display the original message in a new Thunderbird window by double
clicking the appropriate attachment icon. But I cannot redirect this message,
because this message does not appear in the 'redirect message' dialog box.

Please let me know if you need a clarification. It is quite difficult to name
things correctly on my localized version...
